🎂 Age Eligibility

Admission to Sri Vinayaka Public School is granted based on the age criteria prescribed by the school. Children who have completed 3 years of age as on 31st March are eligible for admission to L.K.G, and children who have completed 5 years of age are eligible for Class I. The school follows the standard age guidelines to ensure that students enter the appropriate class according to their developmental stage.

📋 Admission Procedure

Parents seeking admission for their children should obtain the admission application form from the school office and submit it with the required details. After verification of the documents, the school administration will confirm the admission based on seat availability. Parents are required to complete the admission formalities and pay the prescribed fees within the given time. Once the process is completed, the student will be officially enrolled in the school.

📑 Required Documents

Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate of the student
  • Previous School Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport size photographs of the student
  • Aadhaar card copy (if required)
  • Previous academic records or mark sheets

All documents should be submitted to the school office for verification during the admission process.

Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate

📝 Withdrawal Policy

If parents wish to withdraw their child from the school during the academic year, they must submit a written request to the Principal. The annual fees already paid will not be refunded or adjusted. The withdrawal request must be completed through the proper procedure followed by the school administration.

⚠️ Compulsory Withdrawal Rules

The Principal reserves the right to withdraw any student from the school on disciplinary grounds. Students who fail to follow school rules or display serious misconduct may be removed from the school. In such cases, the decision of the school management will be final.

📄 Transfer Certificate Procedure

Parents who wish to obtain a Transfer Certificate (TC) must submit a written application to the Principal before 31st March of the academic year. The TC will be issued after completing all formalities and clearing any pending dues. The certificate will be provided according to the rules and regulations of the school.
